Refund Policy

Precision Path Diagnostics provides mobile specimen collection services that require advance scheduling, travel, and administrative preparation. For this reason, all payments are subject to the following policy:

Payments & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed, except as outlined below.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment one (1) time at no charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduled appointments must occur within a reasonable timeframe based on availability.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), are not eligible for a refund.

Failure to be present at the agreed-upon location and time will be considered a completed service.

Service Limitations

No refunds will be issued if services cannot be completed due to:

​

Client unavailability

Lack of required identification

Refusal to comply with collection procedures

Unsafe or unsuitable conditions at the service location

Company-Initiated Cancellations

*If Precision Path Diagnostics must cancel an appointment due to circumstances within our control, clients will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost

  • Third-Party Laboratories

Precision Path Diagnostics provides specimen collection services only and does not control laboratory testing, results, outcomes, or turnaround times. Refunds are not issued based on laboratory results or processing timelines.
