Cancellation Policy

Precision Path Diagnostics provides mobile specimen collection services by appointment only. To ensure availability and professional service, the following booking policies apply: Appointment Confirmation All appointments require full payment at the time of booking. Appointments are automatically confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Unpaid appointments will not be reserved. Mobile Service Services are provided at the client’s selected location, including homes, offices, attorney offices, or agreed public locations. Clients are responsible for ensuring the location is safe, accessible, and suitable for specimen collection. Identification & Readiness All participants must have valid government-issued photo identification at the time of service when required. Failure to provide required identification or documentation may result in the appointment being unable to proceed and is not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule their appointment one (1) time at no charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), are not eligible for a refund. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If the client or required participants are not present at the scheduled time and location, the appointment will be considered a no-show. Mobile dispatch and administrative preparation fees apply once a collector has been scheduled. Scope of Services Precision Path Diagnostics provides specimen collection services only. Laboratory testing, analysis, results, and turnaround times are managed by certified third-party laboratories and are not guaranteed by Precision Path Diagnostics. Agreement By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy, as well as the Payment and Refund Policies.
